You will find a large, fully open to research, a Russian city, mid-90s. Collect money and diamonds, upgrade and tuning your car, or buy a new car. Take part in a road battle with the criminals and the police.
At the beginning of the game you will see a car, from the previous game Boomer: free ride, earn money with the help of a new crossover BMW X5!
